Although I think the fluff-factor is totally adorable, those things look like they've been hit in the face with a frying pan.
Did you call the ASPCA? I'm not a big fan of jogging or Pekingese to begin with, but combining the two is just plain cruel.
That is wrong! Pekingese look like foot stools to me. Foot stools don't jog.
